Regular monitoring on water quality

Many of the store-bought vegetables are from the mainland, where concerns on water or land (toxic heavy metal) pollution are often raised. Vegetables for Wing Lam Hydroponics Farm are produced 100% locally from seeding to harvesting. We also monitor the quality of our water regularly, so every bit of vegetables you consumed are fresh and healthy.

Carefully handled fertilizers

Fertilizers are carefully handled according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization. Before our crops are delivered to customers, we would check the amount of nitrate (NO3-) remained. So you could enjoy our hydroponics vegetables without worrying of consuming nitrate (NO2-).
