珍珠鱲，又名紅羅非魚，麗魚科Cichlidae，羅非魚屬Tilapia（有稱麗鯛科，麗鯛屬），學名Red Tilmpa，是尼羅羅非魚和莫桑比克羅非魚雜交的突變種，因魚體為紅色，稱紅羅非魚。也因其體色純紅，型似真鯛，體腔無黑膜，肉質鮮嫩，且生長快，產量高，效益好。

珍珠鱲，體色純紅帶白，體腔無黑膜，肉厚刺少，因攝食水中的綠藻而使其肉富含葉綠素，肉味既鮮嫩爽口，又可養顏潤膚，是一種觀賞、食補兼具的熱帶魚類。
